Crystals used to find lost items

Healing crystals and stones have become one of my favorite self-care tools to use for anxiety, self-love and self-healing. When a cell becomes ill, its vibration is unbalanced. About a year ago, I purchased my first crystals without really knowing anything about them. All I knew was that people used them in their spiritual practice, they were pretty, and I felt a calming sensation every time I held one. I placed them next to my bed and would hold them every so often when I felt anxious.

Recently though, crystals seemed to be popping up everywhere I was looking. Since crystals have really impacted me in such a short time, I wanted to share my research on how healing crystals actually work here on the blog. There is science that now backs up this common experience:.

Crystals are the most orderly structure in nature because they have the lowest state of entropy possible. The crystalline structure responds in unique ways to a wide spectrum of energies and depending on the input of these energies, the crystals oscillate and thereby create a specific vibratory frequency of energy emission. The balanced state of the crystal lattice means that the energy flow through the lattice is conformingly balanced and constant.

It also means that when discordant energy enters the lattice it is then balanced and transformed out of a state of flux.

This helps to balance the human energy field and bring about a state of order in the body that is conducive to the amelioration of disease because the energy field has been returned to its natural, healthy vibrational frequency and this resonance influences the physical body to also return to its healthy state.

Crystals are essential to the functioning of our modern technologies, because of the way their balanced, ordered structure emits consistent frequencies and allows them to store a tremendous amount of information.

As I mentioned earlier, Silicon is used in every single computer and cell phone processor, and liquid crystals comprise the display screens of these devices.

Earlier this year, The Mind Unleashed reported how a clear piece of Quartz crystal can be used to store data for up to million years!

Galena and Pyrite can be used to make radio receivers that do not rely on batteries. Just this week, it was revealed that a synthesized crystalline material can be used to help human beings breathe underwater. Kelly Neff. I know from reading the Emotion Code as well as intuitively that I have stored past emotions in my womb area, the right side specifically. Often times, I will feel light pangs of pain in that area and when I lay certain crystals known for their healing properties on that side of my womb, the pain dissipates almost immediately.

Crystal healing works on the principle that every cell in the body vibrates at a specific frequency. Crystals also oscillate at their own natural frequency. As discussed in the theory section of this paper, energy from the universal energy field is channelled through the crystal. The crystal then transmits and amplifies the correct frequency to the cells in the body that require balancing.

Then, following the laws of resonance, these cells are returned to their normal base frequency which will then bring the body back into harmony and restore health. Crystals have been used for healing and spiritual connection since the beginning of time.

Even if there was no science behind crystals, the very action of me placing this crystal in my self-care space and seeing it on a daily basis keeps abundance on my mind, and therefore I attract abundance.

I frequently lay them over my womb area since as I mentioned previously, I know I have negative stored emotions there. I recently wrote a post on the best crystals for anxietyso be sure to check that out if you want more information on it.

So as you can see, I currently use them for strengthening my intentions which amp up the law of attractionand I use them to heal and balance stuck energy within my body.

I picked mostly crystals that are strong in emotional healing properties and bringing about love, balance, and spiritual connection. Let yourself be drawn by color and feel. As I get deeper and deeper into my spiritual journey, I am seeing how often the spiritual realm is at play in our human experience.

There is literally so much magic around us at all times, whether we acknowledge it or not. We are more powerful than we know, more in touch with higher realms than we realize, and have more loving guidance at hand than we are aware of. Do you use crystals and if so, how have they impacted your life? Let me know in the comments below! The pendulum is just a tool that allows us to access them with more ease. You can be loose with it. Use whatever hand feels most comfortable for you.

So Happy Pendulum Hunting! If you have a favorite pendulum method, insight or tidbit to share, please do in the comments below! You know how much this Crystal Hottie community lurrrrves that. I got out my pendulum and found it within 10 minutes!! I have lost a very important identity alien card. I am desperate to find it. I asked two dowsers to let me know where it is. One says it is still in my home and in my closet.

I have looked there but did not find it. When I try to dowse myself I cannot get a specific location. Enjoyed the article and the video. I picked up a pendulum a couple years ago when I was needing to choose some essences for my cats and wanted to try that method. It worked but afterwards I got a splitting headache. Since then nearly every time I use a pendulum I get a splitting headache. I really love my pendulum, a rose quartz rounded point with a blue and white celtic knotwork bead at the other end, but it sits in a special little pink stone box with a unicorn on the top more than it gets used due to the headache issue.

I know that this is a silly question. But have you cleansed and charged your pendulum after you purchased it? Good morning, I feel quite madly drawn to the crystal chakra pendulum at the top of this post.Image by mbg Creative.

We frequently receive questions from customers who have lost a crystal and want to know if there is a deeper meaning behind this occurrence. While sometimes a lost crystal is simply a lost crystal, there are other reasons that stones can go missing. Some crystals carry a very high vibration that can be very powerful when worked with on a daily basis. Days, weeks, or months later, it may reappear when its energy will again be beneficial for you.

It is also possible that some crystals feel the need to share themselves to a new owner who is in need of their energy. Some people believe that fairies, spirits, or other benevolent entities will remove crystals from their normal resting spots. While this is not malicious, it is sometimes mischievous! Other times it is thought that these beings are simply borrowing the crystal to give it some time off and they will return it when it is ready to be used again.

Another theory is that crystals have the ability, vibrationally, to move into another dimension when they need to take a break. Even when not actively being used for healing or other purposes, crystals passively absorb energy from the environment. One option is to use the crystal Chalcopyrite to find your lost stones.

Meditate while holding a piece of Chalcopyrite and ask for information about the location of the lost crystal.

You might also write your question and place it under your pillow when you go to sleep, with the intention that the answer be provided to you in a dream. Keep a pen and paper next to the bed so that you can write down any hints you receive during the night. Many people call on Archangel Chamuel or St. Anthony to provide helpful information in this situation. Current Updates.Chances of striking pay dirt on a dig are about as good as winning the lottery. Emerald Hollow Mine is located in Hiddenite, North Carolina, which happens to be where the aforementioned lucky explorer found his carat gem.

His discovery was made on private property, but Emerald Hollow Mine offers the public a chance at striking similar luck with not only emeralds but also the hiddenite for which the area is known, as well as amethysts, sapphires, topaz, garnet, and more.

Here, you have three options for your search: sluicing, creeking, and digging. Creeking is a slightly more adventurous angle without the guarantee of success—water brings minerals down from the mine and lands them in the shallow creek bed for relatively easy searching.

Did Vikings Use Crystals to Rule the Seas?

The final option involves a hike to the mine and some real digging. It was here the 8. The largest, discovered inboasted plus carats. You can seek out your treasure in one of three ways here. This method works best after a rain. The second involves actual digging, about six inches to a foot down into the soil, and sifting.

The third, for experienced miners, involves digging deep holes and strategically sorting through the dirt. Unlike the first two locales on this list, Jade Cove—located in the Big Sur area of California—is not commercialized. On the contrary, there are actually a few barriers to entry here: The way down is steep and potentially dangerous; at times the signs pointing the way go missing locals who want to deter amateur hunters are generally suspected ; and there are some regulations which restrict gem recovery.

Still, none of the above have stopped local jade purveyors and tourists alike from seeking out this rare gem. This is best accomplished at the tideline, though treasure hunters are advised not to turn their back to the ocean as currents are strong. There will be barbecue, too, and the whole shebang is organized by a man adorably named Junior. Up-for-grabs gems include iridescent hematite, pyrite, blue quartz, quartz, and other crystals.

Entry fee for the public event is by donation. The mine is closed from November to May.Ragnar used a crystal to navigate to Kattegat in Season 1 of "Vikings," did real vikings use them? Long celebrated as master shipbuilders and seafarers, the Vikings ruled the waters of the North Atlantic from to A. On clear days, they used a sundial-like instrument called a sun compass to guide their way, with great accuracy.

But scientists have struggled to answer a simple question: How did the Vikings navigate when it was cloudy or foggy? Now, two Hungarian researchers have used computer simulations to bolster a longstanding theory that the Vikings used chunks of crystal known as sunstones to find their way during inclement weather, a backup navigation method that enabled them to dominate the seas for three centuries. Sunstones work thanks to a phenomenon called polarization.

As sunlight passes through the atmosphere, it forms polarized rings, with the sun itself at their center. Some crystals, including calcite, cordierite and tourmaline, can reveal these rings when turned the right way, allowing a navigator to find the sun even on a cloudy day. Ina calcite crystal which the Vikings called Iceland spar was found on a shipwreck in England dating to the 16th century, suggesting English sailors might have learned the navigation technique from their Nordic predecessors.

But as no sunstones have ever been found on or near any actual Viking shipwreck, many historians dismissed the idea as more myth than reality. After running the simulation some 36, times, they found that as long as a simulated Viking mariner used a cordierite crystal to find the sun every three hours at minimumhe could navigate between Viking sailors making the long voyage across the Atlantic between Europe and America.

Painting by NC Wyeth. He suggested that they might have relied not just on sunstones but on a variety of navigation techniques, including spotting familiar islands, tracking wave patterns and observing the paths of migrating whales. Which raises the question: Did Leif Eriksson have a chunk of Iceland spar to thank for making it to North America years before Columbus?
